RE: First in line for IPO shares

TED, glad to see that you were able to take some time from nothing to address one small anxious investor. Your message solidified my ever increasing over confidence in the executive team at FBN. Your note came at the perfect time. I had just gotten off the phone with a my broker. When I asked him about the FBN IPO, he claimed it was a fraud, an internet spoof on fly by night Y2K companies. Well.. did I ever give him an earful. I said, "I KNOW A FRAUD AND A JOKE WHEN I SEE IT AND THE ONE I'M TALKING TO SHOULD GO BACK TO SELLING USED CARS". Perhaps your fine company should up the premium these guys get, because they are not doing a very good job of pushing the stock. The only other possible explanation is that they are trying to keep it all for themselves.. hmm?

I was a little flustered until these three out-of-state guys came through the neighborhood selling firewood. They were offering terrific bargains for those willing to pre-pay. (Mental note: hmm? I can't remember them ever specifying a delivery date) Well, I started chatting with them about FBN and while they a had never heard of the company, I could tell that they understood the concept. That solidified it for me.

Please let me know were I can send my money since these greedy brokers seem to want to keep all the shares to themselves.

Regards

Tom
