No one covers, they just heap on more shares, as if these arrangements are operational on implied consent. Though they have already circumvented all the laws governing stock issuance.

1400 to 1600 hedge funds are operational in what were Law firms, is thier any link to the proprietary matrix of conflics checking, that you could find? Or did you never loook at all?
