FREE house in stockton, CA.

LOL. Its not really free, its really 247K with probably no equity but this poor guy needs to get rid of it.

This is a 3 bed 2 full bath house in Stockton,Ca (approx 1,300 sq ft).
1) Why are we going to give it away?
We are planning to buy a house in the bay area and the only way for us to get qualified is if we get rid of this house.
2)How much down payment did we put in?
We put down approx. $40,000.00 to get this house 3 years ago.
3) How much is the current mortgage?
The current mortgage is approx. $247k.
4) Are there any equity left?
Yes, it is approx $20-$25k.
5)Is the house vacant right now?
No, the house currently being rented out with a remaining 1 month on a lease.
6)How much is the monthly rent?
The monthly rent is $1050.00 minus(-) the 10% for property management.
7) Is this house assumable?
Yes.
8) What is the exact address of the house?
I cannot give you the exact number because I don't want the tenant to be disturbed but the address is 0000 capitola circle, stockton,ca.
9)How much is the monthly payment of the house?
The monthly payment is $1,350.00
10) How old is the house?
The house was built in 1992. So, it's approx. 16 yrs old.

P.S. I don't want any money, I will even pay for the transfer fee which is $1,700.00 so there is no out of pocket money whatsoever for the new owner.
All you have to do is to pre-qualify with our lender. If you get approved, the house is yours for FREE.
