VERY interesting.. and very close to a golf course, to boot!! maps.google.com This is probably a very good example of how much of this real estate overhang is going to play out.. private transactions where strapped owners transfer their homes to those with cash.. (and those kinds of people exist, if the price is right). But I would definitely recommend folks checking the title/deed to make sure it's actually legit (and it probably is). A lot of fraudulent titles being bandied about out there with the complicity of loan officers. Hawk
