Hi, Allan I talked to Bob Pragg today, and they expect to get their permit as you say in mid september (maybe late september). The good part is that they will be able to run at 400 T/day by the end of 96. That would provide great cashflow, which the company really needs. Also their financing negotiations are going forward as planned. Banks mentioned are Citibank and First Boston and several other smaller banks. This financing package should be ready in mid October. So it looks like we should accumulate stocks at these levels. I think that good news on the financing bit is the most important news, and should make the stock trade considerably higher. Go out and buy the stocks. You just have to have the guts in this negative trend. It looks good. Audun
