Well, KyLinTV is doing it without ARRS by direct mailing to reach chinese customers possibly around the world? At unlimited supply of 30,000+ hours of on-demand Chinese programming for $16.95/$29.95/$34.95 per month. But still, these media companies will need regional capacity of video servers. It is a question of how to price the on-demand content for regional media distribution to piggyback on DSL, cable modem and Fios set-top boxes? Is it wholesale and retail pricing levels? I hope Bob gets on these media development quickly with a business plan? This is more than cable modem business, so ARRS has no sales channels to run the telco media distribution, using DSL and Fios transmission?
