Brad-- since you have stepped out and put on your speculating hat --I will also take a crack at guessing how many clouds there are in the sky to-day!! First I'm speculating that with all the recent management changes , re-organization etc. - going on that-Jack Arnold ( whom I think is a careful and calculated and trustworthy individual person by nature) is also a pharmacist by profession!! My personal experiences with pharmacists is that I have no choice but trust them with my life--because every time I get a prescription filled by a pharmacist I am trusting him or her 100% with my life ( in other words wrong pill in the wrong bottle-BINGO!!--no more Wayne--so yes I would have to say that I trust pharmacists!!). When most of the previous management left CVIA for whatever the reasons ( and I am not trying to imply anything that would go against their character)--Jack was left to protect the interests of the shareholders---Now I would guess that it probably would have been an easy scenario for Jack to go out the back door--and call it a day!! But you now what?--Mr. Jack Arnold- our CVIA leader had the backbone to carry on--Now that is my idea of a fearless leader!!! Without sounding naieve I'm also speculating that Jack also has a wealth of contacts in the business community that he knew he could contact and work with in pointing CVIA in a new and ( hopefully someday) profitable direction!! I'm also speculating that there is no way that Jack Arnold would release such a positive news announcement--unless it was factual!! As to what kind of business the merger would be associated with is totally speculation on my part--but if there is a merger that does take place with CVIA --Why could it not involve the Health Care or Pharmaceutical Industry!!!---Jack would certainly be well versed and experienced in this field--however --on the other hand I would imagine that Jack Arnold has also demonstrated strong leadership in other avenues of the business community! Well it's been fun to speculate!! AND remember it is just my guess work and speculation!! BUYER BEWARE!!--And do your own Due Diligence!! Wayne J.
