It is proven, but the logic of blaming Bush will lead to to the truth more often than not anyway. en.wikipedia.org Bush seems so determined to do the opposite of whatever his daddy did on any subject. He isn't smart enough to recognize whether his Dad's policy was good or bad. This leads him to make bad decisions most of the time. TP
