Tokyo Joe stopped posting on SI in 1999, and started a private website that he charged $200/month to use. He appears to be inactive these days but has some nice pictures of his travels on his website. Tokyo Joe was truly one of the best stock pickers on SI in his day. I doubled my money overnight when Tokyo Joe noticed a news story in Europe about a major biotech discovery by Geron Corp. The story was out in Europe but not in the U.S. All that brought the stock on TJ's recommendation doubled their money overnight. He was good at picking rabbits out of a hat like that. I just noticed that CDS has a huge number of shorts in the stock. Ten days to cover; they could fuel any rally in the stock. This site is good for current short interest in stocks: shortsqueeze.com
