zeus, you said it was a steroid - you were wrong.

apparently, you don't have the class to admit it.

in any case, creatine and steroids have two entirely different modes of action.

steroids actually impact the muscles ability to repair itself while creatine allows the user to work the muscle harder via increasing the muscle's ability to do work.

anyone can look it up and see this explanation is right and all you have is ad hominem.

if you think creatine = steroids is "knowledge" then you you've done nothing more than expose your ignorance compounded with your arrogance.

stop spreading disinformation, please.
