So I don't agree with the Rabbi's analysis. Jeremiah Wright is a bigot and a racist. He is the one that needs repudiating, and Obama hasn't really done that.



I agree with you. Moreover, the analogy with a Holocaust surviver isn't apt; it's more like the son of Holocaust survivors deciding to hate Germans even more than his parents do. Jeremiah Wright grew up middle class in Philadelphia. His black power persona is an identity of choice, not an identity imposed by suffering. Condaleeza Rice (the same woman Rev. Wright called "Condamnesia") has the real claim on suffering segregation and threat, not Wright or Obama.
