You should be right, but my broker (from Nations Securities), tells me they (Nations, Dean Witter, et al) have also taken over Montgomery.
Remember, all these people are consolidating.
So I can not understand how they can remain so unbias, when there is such a conflict of interest. And when you have one person be able to alter the price of a stock in such a way. Imagine if I would have known what Crosson was to do, before he did it, how much I would have gained.
