Numonyx owns three fabs and has an interest in a fourth:

1. Israel, fab 18, 200mm, from Intel, now fully owned by Numonyx
2. Italy, m6, catania/sicily, 300mm empty shell, from ST, now fully owned by Numonyx
3. Singapore, possibly the one in Ang Mo Kio also called ST Technoparc which is at 200mm and that started production in 2001. Can anyone confirm this.
4. In addition they've probably got a stake in a China fab in a place called Wuxy, 300mm, previously 16.6% owned by ST (83% owned by Hynix), this ownership now got transferred to Numonyx I think, producing NAND only afaik.

So any 45nm floating gate NOR on 300mm wafers will have to come from Wuxy (not really that likely but possible) or sourced from Intel or from equipping the empty shell in Italy.

AFAIK Intel's NOR got to smaller nodes faster than ST's. So I'd probably think about sourcing from a 300mm Intel fab or about Numonyx's 200mm Israel fab. Just a guess.

Regards,

Rink
