Kraatz has been retained to do what he has always done - liquidate and distribute what is left of a business. SHSN has no real assets beyond a little furniture and leaseholds. Convertible debt is relatively enormous. Preferred shares will get anything leftover after bills. The forward split (for a couple days) was to hold share prices until a deed was complete. This pig is done.
