Numonyx, clarification needed 3B annual revenue, so they are quite a bit bigger than SPSN in terms of revenues. They say they produce NOR, NAND and RAM - where´s the NAND part coming from? Obviously INTEL keeps their NAND stuff (with MU), so is that from STM? And will they kinda compete with INTC/MU then? And where´s that RAM coming from? STM? No surprise to me that they will move to 45nm early, considering how long they´ve been at 65nm already, and considering that Cambou now talks about "below 40nm" it could become difficult for floating gate (instead of "below 65nm")...
