I am an owner of ACTV and believe Bill Samuels is as honest as you get. The problem with the financing was that Lebra wanted to raise money with debt which is kind of crazy. At the time of the deal actv only had one region. As the deal was being shown they got 3 other regions and investors wanted the upside of stock not debt. I just spent time in Dallas doing my dudiligence with Fox sports and the guys running ACTV out there. Dick Baron and the new guy Phil. I'm convinced the time is now. Remember that TCI ouns part of Fox. I absolutely feel TCI will be cable subscriber. I'd be shocked if they weren't. The most important thing I learned from meeting in Dallas is Fox believes the numbers ACTV can generate are huge. I've owned the stock for over 3 years and now believe this is it. When the first subscriber signs up watch out. The company has the cash to start Dallas now. Why issue a bunch of stock if it is a success and stock moves up because of the success. I believe everyone believes if it takes off stock will move quickly. If I'm wrong I've risked one and half points. I like those odds. This is the only company that truely has been downplaying there story and is still in business. Look at the other company's in interactive tv out of business. Dick Baron and Phil are here because they see the opportunity for a huge hit. It's my belief over next 75 days will tell the story. There is one thing i know for sure Bill Samuels has never lied and neither has David Reese. The only thing there guilty of is moving slower than we would like. That is all history now.
