Richard, Your point is well taken, always trade stocks that are in play or on the move. In a way, what you are saying is that the system is of less importance than stock selection, right? Instead of designing systems that fit some stocks, you use more generalized, non-optimized system to trade stocks that are on the move, breaking out of a base, making new highs, etc. I am beginning to see the point...
