There were several new developments in the Legal Proceedings section of the
report. The EPA has identified the company as possibly being responsible for
some ground water contaimination at several waste disposal sites. Seven
product liability suits were filed in June. And, the company has filed a
lawsuit against Gary Garbrecht and P.R.O.P. Tours Inc.
