usa.v - that was Cormark, a little help from the heavy hitters, when it does move in force they'll be there, i betcha ... what mimur is saying may apply here, even though usa.v started out as a producer it was still quite speculative, many things could have gone wrong ... 'Turning a profit is the kiss of death for a speckie', Murray Pezim used to say [though he didn't say 'speckie', i can't recall the word but it was equivalent], and it's a fact that shareholder base has to turn over to make the transition ... one of the biggest things imho, is that having gotten all the financing paper off, warrants exercised and all, management's concern now is mostly operational and developmental [meaning they may be thinking some m&a], than it is on ramping the shareprice du jour, so there is not the level of promo we saw last year ... add to this the general malaise in juniors, and it's deadly - for a while
Clive Maund figures there's a chance of silver in 15ish range, he has a mixed record and can turn on a dime [and just has], sees possibility of longer bear trend but open to upside as well, personally i won't be selling any silver plays as it's a matter of time only imho - kitco.com
ktn.v/ks.v - Klondike finally made those six picks ... plus Murphy is now JVed to abb.v, news friday ... i recently added a bit of ks.v, ktn.v still my largest position ... agx.v probably a good buy down here, but i had other interests, vit.v, usa.v, cll.to, dmm.to [ouch!], etc |
