The three guys that attacked my home:

Skylar Gallaway (18) Got shot. Then arrested.
Plead guilty to conspiracy to commit first degree home invasion. After entering a plea and then appearing for sentencing he decided not to show up for his court ordered drug testing. The judge asked why and Skylar started out "Well, I removed myself from this county." The judge cut him off "I can remove you from this county also. You go downstairs to the probation department right now and take a urin test."

He tested positive for pot. The judge told him that he doesn't sentence someone who pees dirty. Bond revoked. Sentencing postponed for thirty days. Skylar sets in jail until the same day as my sentencing.

Dan Buckenberger (21) Plead guilty to conspiracy to commit first degree home invasion. After entering a plea and then appearing for sentencing got arrested for DWI and something like destruction of property.

Six months in jail, two years probation.

Bradley Tylar (21) Plead guilty to conspiracy to commit first degree home invasion. After entering a plea and then appearing for sentencing got arrested for drunk and disorderly.

One year in jail, two years probation $1100 fines and costs.
