As for earnings, the Y-O-Y numbers will look great, but I am concerned about the sequental EPS. Beating Q2's great results could be tough. As you mentioned, margins are key to this. I doubt they'll do too much extra on the top line.

While it has taken awhile, I think ALR and its suppliers have gotten cranked up again after the Saudi's cut back their ordering in '94 - '95. Some of the margin problems in the past were due to the inability of suppliers to provide needed components, thus making ALR scramble to meet deadlines and not being overly efficient. Note the big blip in Q4 '96--ALR was running flat out (i.e. costly overtime) to make a shipment window.

ALR seems to have momentum with new contracts coming in almost every other day! I'm still holding on. I don't think she's done running yet.
