Buggi,

The next is, that Numonyx hasn't proved,
they can bring Floating Gate past 65nm with reasonable yields
and DIE sizes.

Intel has shown 45nm NOR Flash at the ISSCC this year. Of course they didn't tell us yields and so on...

BTW can anybody explain how multi-levelling is achieved in PCM? I only know the two phase states crystalline and amorphous which in my maths count for one single bit only.
