Some reality starts to enter NAND markets? digitimes.com me: At 65nm SPSN is probaly as close to the cutting edge as it needs to be. Given the markets SPSN plays in there's no reason for them to be on the bleeding edge of technology, especially since that isn't one of their longer suits. Going to 45nm next year seems like the most sensible thing to do. Of course that is also going to depend on how fast Eclipse takes market share. Still, given the uncertainty around general market conditions, slower seems better. Worse case, SPSN has to raise Eclipse prices to limit demand.
