Woerns, I presume that partially crystalline has a different resistance than fully cristalline. In line with this I presume that it takes a significantly different amount of electrical energy to program partially and fully crystalline. As with current dual bit designs it'll take 4 different levels (of resistance vs voltage in the other designs).
