The Company, meaning ACII must currently have enough money in the coffers to keep them going, IMHO the when you see the volume of shares being sold increasing it pretty much says more dilution on behalf of the Company. In the past the Company has hinted had some good news or positive press releases usually ending up with some increase in volume. By the time they file their next Q it shows up that they just added another 15-20 million shares.

So on one hand the volume drying up may be looked at as a bad sign because of lack of interest or on another hand you can take the positive approach and say the dilution has stopped.

I guess it all depends on how you want to look at it.
