Are you sure?

I was in Argentina couple years ago and they were still just recovering from the currency crisis in 2002. en.wikipedia.org
Consumers there may not be indebted, but they have sharply lower assets due to currency crisis and inflation.

Almost everyone who talks about LA still thinks that Brazil is great while Argentina sucks and will continue to do so. I think couple of issues are continuing high inflation and political instability. en.wikipedia.org

Economic growth in recent years have been nice, mostly due to agri and materials boom IMO, but I wonder if the country has really left its checkered past behind.
