I'm still liking the Hotel Reits - FCH, SHO, LHO, AHT. Supporting my view is Southwest (LUV) reporting strong March traffic today. People who fly need hotels to sleep in. biz.yahoo.com Southwest is entirely domestic travel, so this doesn't even factor in what I imagine to be more international travel based on the weakening dollar. Yes, maybe Hotel and Flight occupancy will decline if a recession sets in, but I'm not seeing it yet. -cwillyg
