Colin, fancy meeting you here. Did you see Shelby Bryan on CNBC this morning? (see the reviews over on NETC thread) Jacob, just so you know, no one is expecting any earnings for ICGX until 1999 at least, though Bryan said this morning he expects to be cash flow positive (presumably EBITDA) some time in the latter half of 1998. His comments also seemed to confirm anti-dilutive effect of this purchase. See the link below for some excerpts from a Goldman report on ICGX. techstocks.com Personally, I was not impressed by Bryan's TV performance, but the Squawk Box guys didn't make it easy for him.
