Yes, this has been far more difficult than I anticipated this early in the downturn. What kind of rationale is there behind buying this chart at $45 finance.yahoo.com when the stock averaged $70 in the best year of the biggest real estate bubble ever? Looking at that chart, it could easily fall below $20. Of course, whoever did it is sitting on profits, so perhaps they are just more clever than I am. `BC
