As long as the words "resilient economy" and "tax breaks" and "bailouts" keep being tossed around by those up top, hope springs eternal that this RE decline is nothing more than a pause. That's what most would like to make it as well.

Leading up to last spring all the HBs rallied in anticipation of the Swallows returning. Didn't happen then and won't happen now. But the faithful still have their field glasses set at maximum magnification and fixed on the horizon.
