Yep.. was really surprised when I read that the bill might actually get passed by the end of the month (and maybe even signed into law by the Pres.. )

I think it's going to energize ALL the solar and alternative energy stocks..

Of course, would be more than pleased to see the Ethanol credits removed and that funding re-distributed to bio-diesel production (preferably algae based)..
