Like...ummm....if I have a big cap gain one year and pay taxes, and then have a big loss the next, I can't roll my current loss back onto my previous gains. So....like...ummmm....why can a business do this. Not to mention businesses which built crappy hacky-tack McMansions and then sold to J6P with a no-doc, IO, option ARM.

I know. I know. I don't buy enough tickets to the charity ball from my congressman.
