If you think that the belligerent use of Presidential power will be less under either Hillary or Obama or McCain then you are very naive. Once power is taken it is used.

So much has been attributed to Bush------that sometimes I think he must be all powerful and is able to walk on water.

It's good that you are taking an interest in the Obama campaign and being active in it. That's the American way.
