You'd have to live there to really get it. I'm sure in the spring, you've experienced days that seemed perfect, the sun was shining, the temp was wonderful, a gentle breeze was blowing the fresh, clean air and God seemed to be smiling on your little spot in the world? In S. coastal CA, you have about 200 of those a year.
