Good or bad timing by Schaller? Charles Schaller, a director, sold 50.000 shares on March 28 @ prices in the region of 8.86 to 9.01. After this transaction he has only got 33.274 shares left. Now, mr Shaller is not mr anyone. He is a founding member of the board and served as Chairman of the board from the company's inception in 1987 until 1997. Since then he has remained a board member. Charles R. Schaller Mr. Schaller has been a Director since our inception in 1987, and was Chairman of our Board of Directors from our inception until May 18, 1997. Since 1989, Mr. Schaller has been a chemical industry management consultant and, until June 2002, he served as a director of AstroPower, Inc., a publicly traded U.S. manufacturer of photovoltaic (PV)products. Mr. Schaller is a graduate of Yale University and is a graduate of the program in management development at Harvard Business School. Not the type of insider sales transaction one would like to see.
