Hynix encounters issue with 66nm DRAM production, say downstream sources digitimes.com article: Amid the yields issue, Hynix is unable to fulfill its obligations to contract customers, the sources added noting that the recent announcement of price rises by rivals Elpida Memory and Samsung Electronics are the result of the production issue at Hynix. me: One would think that 65nm would be main stream by now. However, it appears that isn't the case just yet, for at least one producer anyway. I wonder how well SP1 is performing at 65nm? So there really isn't a truce in the memory wars?
