Good post. Thanks for making me aware of this stock! "Attractive share structure." I'll say! Looks like they had 21 mm shares out before a March secondary that would make it 26 mm or so. Is that about right? Also, just because On-Balance-Volume is almost the only thing I grok on charts besides moving averages and rising lows, here is my el-cheapo chart on Kooties and the OBV looks gooooood. stockcharts.com
