seems that the Word is full of shadows and representations of things. The passover supper being one of them. you know the story as related in Exodus where blood was spread over the doors , the yeast was removed from the bread, the people would be ready to go at a moments notice as they were about to be dlivered. and this same "Passover" supper, with unleavened bread, was eaten by the Lord as he said to remember him as often as you do this. and we too should be ready at a moments notice to be delivered.

I guess my question is, do we blow off all the tradition and representations of this "Lord's supper"? I am with you on the literal blood and body, I do not see that, but the representation of the body and blood is there for a reason, IMO.
