Got today 3 broker messages:
- Saifun Shares went officially out (they were locked)
- new Spansion Shares came in (they are already booked)
- partial shares were instantly sold
-> sold my new SPSN shares for 3,17$ and I'm waiting for the
cash. I'm still holding my long-term shares, but I wanted to
finish my arbitrage trade here.

What was the final deal for me without fees.
Bought for 7,85$ Saifun.
Got 0,7238x Saifun (new SPSN) + 6,20
= 0,7238x3,17 = 2,29 + 6,2 = 8,5$ - fees - dollar devaluation
=> gain = 0,65$ = 8,2% - 1% fees - dollar (4%) => income for
me a laughable 3%. Not that bad for this short period of
time, but I thought I could do it better ... still no loss,
a pleasure in these times. ;-)
