Lee, the new symbol will be ATPX on the NASDAQ Small Cap market. It will open on November 1st (assuming both companies approve the merger). The company easily qualifies for the National market and we expect to see it trading there by February.

I'm definitely frustrated with the panic selling over the last three weeks; I certainly didn't expect anything of this magnitude (none of us did I venture). I am also not happy with the news blackout that the both companies seem to have adopted. If it's fear of price manipulation, etc, I think they've shot both us and themselves in the foot. Quite frankly, I think we deserve an explaination, and I've tried to communicate that to the company. The weak hands are selling and nobody is buying...why? Fear of the dreaded Reverse Split? No, I think it's more that people just don't know anything about this deal. I mean do you expect John Q Public to sift through 60 page SEC filings? We're way, way, out front on this one folks, probably too far out front, but that's ok. I'm averaged down. I'm holding through April come hell or high water and I'm gonna make money. We all are! Good luck... keep the faith! Go LUNN!!
