Bull. Ask Richard Clarke. For Clinton, terrorism was job 1. It was the chimp Nero that back-burnered Clarke, UNTIL 9/11. Clinton met with him EVERY DAY.

Let's not forget that 9/11 happened NINE MONTHS into the chimp Nero's watch, and he was specifically warned SEVERAL TIMES, but thought that terrorism was something the Clintons were weirdly obsessed with.
