yes, they are paying 16% in some companies.

So you believe that Chinese manufacturers are paying 16% on GSM? If so, why havent we heard any complaints in the press?

I have a hard time believing that the Chinese would be complacent about paying billions in royalties to Motorola, Ericsson, Siemens, and Nokia.
