How can the fed keep backstopping counterparty failures? I don't think they can.... The real value of OTC derivative markets is now 11 Trillion. They need to deflate and disarm this thing, or detonate it Paulson won't allow it.... Now the mess will simply get bigger because of the moral hazard? Like they care.... The Fed always taking the losing side? Greed is good!!!! IMHO
