I really hope, that the broker automaticly decides what
to do -> could be, that your broker made your job. As
written in the linked PDF, once you live in a treated
country, the TAX should be 0% in the first move. Once you
have to pay US taxes depends on your SPSN actings/prices.
I really hope, that my german broker (mother-company is
BNP Par. in france) is doing this job automaticly too.

As written, I had my "new" SPSN shares booked in via today.

For my TAX payments for 2008 (a 2009 job) I will do it this way:

- X Shares SFUN bought + fees = BUY price
- Y Shares SPSN sold + fees = SELL Price 1
- Cash inflow + (fees - should be 0) = SELL Price 2

-> (Sell 1 + 2) - Buy = profit => for that profit I will pay
taxes

(not that I'm 100% sure, that this is 100% right with the
german tax law, but I will do this in my tax statement this
way and I don't think - this will not work out such way)
