The worst Presidents look at polls and then "decide" the other way. Polls are just an evaluation of an interested group, and many studies have shown that a group will consistently make better judgments than an individual. Especially if the individual (like Bush Jr.) goes out of their way to "decide" opposite of the group. It's not as if Junior looks at the group consensus and then applies his own thoughts to the matter. He just makes a knee-jerk reaction that he has to be opposite the polls. He would do better flipping a coin to make his decisions. TP
