The Fed can always print once the account runs out, and
I'm sure they will. That's the unknown. However,
derivatives have been growing a lot faster than the Fed has
been printing, so the ka-boom seems inevitable, even
if it gets postponed again. I think it can't be postponed much
longer, not for 5 more years -g-
