Looks good. Does it sound like there will be an IPO or just a spinoff? Anyone know how long these separations usually take? 6 months? 1 year?

There is some speculation that EMKR will take over WWAT, because EMKR owns 27% if WWAT and shares research space in Ewing, NJ with them. A WWAT takeover could be part of this plan to split off the solar business.
