Hey look Wharfie! Even the BBC now admits that global warming is a "theory" and new evidence is making people question it. Up until now, global warming was reported as a fact of life and you were a flat-earther if you questioned it. Now if we can only get them to draw the obvious conclusion that if CO2 is still rising (which it is) and the models say we should be warming (which they do), but we aren't, then the models need revision...

Global warming 'dips this year'

Global temperatures will drop slightly this year as a result of the cooling effect of the La Nina current in the Pacific, UN meteorologists have said.

The World Meteorological Organization's secretary-general, Michel Jarraud, told the BBC it was likely that La Nina would continue into the summer.

This would mean global temperatures have not risen since 1998, prompting some to question climate change theory...
