i can understand taking delivery of or holding physical gold but if you are this concerned about a meltdown, what will gold stocks do for you ? and if they did go up and you wanted to sell 'em, wouldn't you just have to reregister them with some borker to complete a transaction ? and last i checked, you can't redeem any of these stocks for gold itself! maybe its time you moved to Canada, eh ? -g- surely you can't be as worried about our banking system...
