NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/04/08 -- H3Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) has completed negotiating the terms of an Area Development Agreement with Multicore Group Inc., a superior Canadian Corporation specializing in long range development of Franchises in the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec.

Multicore is best known as a niche player in the food and hospitality sectors, developing new brand name products and concepts such as the Yakiniku Grill and Sushi Bar, and the Treat House Club. H3 is currently reviewing sites and contracts to be ready for final signature during an upcoming site selection trip to Montreal. The first Canadian HHSS is planned to open in Toronto in mid-July 2008.

Multicore CEO Paolo Menzzi stated the following: "We are very pleased to enter into agreement with H3's unique operation. Our group believes the HipHopSodaShop concept is perfect for existing operations to convert to the HHSS banner. We have well-positioned and established locations in Toronto, and Montreal West Island, and are currently evaluating the possible conversion of a number of units."

Multicore has already expressed interest in expanding its H3 relationship further with an Area Development proposal covering parts of France, and will discuss this possibility during a HHSS site tour in Toronto next week. Multicore has built a solid association of well-known international athletic stars and, along with H3, will embark on a Joint Venture Partnership for a HipHopSodaShop in New Orleans for late 2008. The well-known Café Belle Rose of Montreal has also expressed great enthusiasm for the SodaShop concept and its willingness to get deeply involved with the Montreal and New Orleans conversions.

H3 expects to open several new SodaShops powered by its French connections in athletics, entertainment, and hospitality.
